Buyer/Planner

The Buyer/Planner is responsible for sourcing raw materials, custom components, and MRO supplies while supporting production planning and cost reduction goals. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing firearms and related components, ensuring the highest levels of performance, reliability, and safety. The Firearms Engineer will play a key role in advancing new product lines, refining existing platforms, and supporting continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Production Inventory Control Manager

The Production & Inventory Control Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing production schedules and inventory levels to support T/C Arms’ operational goals. This role ensures the efficient flow of materials, accurate inventory management, and on-time delivery of finished goods while maintaining quality, cost, and compliance standards. Design Drafter

Thompson/Center Arms is seeking a highly skilled Design Drafter to support the development of precision firearms and components built on a legacy of American craftsmanship. This role is responsible for creating accurate, production-ready mechanical drawings and tooling solutions using SolidWorks, while applying ASME Y14.5 GD&T standards. The ideal candidate brings strong design fundamentals, manufacturing knowledge, and a commitment to detail, accuracy, and on-time execution.

Senior Document Control Specialist

The Senior Document Control Specialist at T/C Arms is responsible for developing, maintaining, and controlling electronic and hard-copy documentation that defines product configuration and governs manufacturing processes for firearms, components, and accessories. This role ensures that only the latest, approved documentation is available at the point of use, supporting compliance, product quality, and customer requirements.

This position works closely with Quality, Engineering, Machine Shop, Assembly, Packing, and Testing teams across T/C Arms’ New Hampshire facilities to maintain document integrity, support ISO 9001 requirements, and drive continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process.

Mechanical Engineer

The Mechanical Engineer at T/C Arms is responsible for the design, development, validation, and continuous improvement of firearm components, accessories, and manufacturing processes. This role bridges engineering and production; working hands-on with machining, assembly, quality, and supply chain teams to bring rugged, reliable products from concept to the field.
