NetSuite Administrator

T/C Arms is seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Administrator to manage, optimize, and advance our NetSuite ERP system in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will customize processes, train users, and drive system enhancements, with deep expertise in Bills of Materials (BOMs), production routings, purchasing (components, raw materials, outside services), fulfillment, and Material Requirements Planning (MRP). This role demands a proactive problem-solver with advanced NetSuite knowledge and a strong understanding of manufacturing operations.
Delivery Driver

Inventory & Materials Coordinator
Location: Farmington, NH 03835 / Hours: Full-time
The Inventory & Materials Coordinator is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials in a firearms manufacturing environment. This role includes processing incoming inventory from vendors, performing system transactions in NetSuite, properly storing materials, releasing raw materials to work orders, as well as handling pick, pack, and shipping processes. Additionally, the Coordinator will conduct inventory cycle counting and ensure inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with inventory management systems and firearms industry regulations.
