CNC Machine Operator II

The CNC Machine Operator II is a mid-level position that draws on prior machining experience and technical problem-solving skills to operate various types of CNC equipment. The CNC Machine Operator II will operate multiple types of CNC machines on medium to highly complex components using automated and manual equipment and processes to meet customer needs.
Production & Inventory Control Manager

Machine Maintenance Technician

Thompson/Center Arms and Green Mountain Barrel Company are seeking a highly motivated Machine Maintenance Technician to support operations across both of our New Hampshire manufacturing facilities. This hybrid role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing a wide range of advanced manufacturing equipment used in precision firearms and barrel production.
The ideal candidate will bring strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience working with CNC machinery and industrial systems, and a proactive mindset focused on maximizing uptime, efficiency, and production reliability. Production Planner
