CNC Gun-Drill Operator / Set Up Technician

T/C Arms is seeking a skilled, mechanically minded CNC Gun-Drill Cell Operator / Setup Technician to support our precision manufacturing operation in Farmington, New Hampshire.
This position is responsible for the setup, operation, monitoring, inspection, and routine maintenance of a fully automated UNISIG deep-hole drilling cell used to manufacture precision components from alloy steel, stainless steel, and other materials.
CNC Machine Operator II

The CNC Machine Operator II is a mid-level position that draws on prior machining experience and technical problem-solving skills to operate various types of CNC equipment. The CNC Machine Operator II will operate multiple types of CNC machines on medium to highly complex components using automated and manual equipment and processes to meet customer needs.
Material Handler

The Material Handler is responsible for ensuring materials, components, and finished goods move efficiently throughout our manufacturing facility. This role supports production by receiving, storing, transporting, and issuing inventory while maintaining accuracy, organization, and safety.

Inventory Control Specialist

The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate, controlled, and reliable inventory throughout Thompson/Center Arms operations. This position ensures that physical inventory and ERP/NetSuite records—including quantities, locations, status, work-in-process, and production transactions, remain aligned and accurate. This is a hands-on manufacturing position that works closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Receiving, Shipping, Quality, Finance, Engineering, Assembly, and Operations leadership. The Inventory Control Specialist plays an important role in preventing material shortages, resolving inventory discrepancies, maintaining accurate WIP, and supporting reliable execution of the production schedule.The ideal candidate combines strong ERP and analytical skills with the willingness to work directly on the manufacturing floor to understand material flow, identify problems, and drive them through resolution.
Firearm Assembler

Assembly Supervisor

T/C Arms is seeking an experienced, hands-on Assembly Supervisor to lead firearm assembly operations at our manufacturing facility in Farmington, New Hampshire.
This is a floor-focused leadership position responsible for the safe, efficient, and consistent execution of the assembly production plan. The Assembly Supervisor owns day-to-day performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People, ensuring finished firearms are assembled, tested, documented, and completed to T/C Arms standards.
