The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling firearms and firearm components according to company specifications and quality standards. Inventory & Materials Coordinator

The Inventory & Materials Coordinator is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials in a firearms manufacturing environment. This role includes processing incoming inventory from vendors, performing system transactions in NetSuite, properly storing materials, releasing raw materials to work orders, as well as handling pick, pack, and shipping processes. Additionally, the Coordinator will conduct inventory cycle counting and ensure inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with inventory management systems and firearms industry regulations.

Quality Manager

The Quality Manager ensures that components, raw materials, accessories and finished goods meet rigorous quality and safety standards through meticulous inspection, testing, and documentation. This role is also responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive quality management system (QMS) and managing supplier quality to ensure incoming materials meet specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in quality control within machined component manufacturing, and skilled in supplier relationship management.
