Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Returns

  • Items must be returned within 20 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be in unused, unworn, and original condition, with packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different product, size, color or style, please contact us within 20 days of your order.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item of out of stock, we may offer a refund.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or defective item received).

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  • Contact us at customerservice@tcarms.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • If eligible, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
  • Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
  • Once received and approved, we will process your refund or exchange.

Please note this only applies to the Breech Plugs and other accessories, t-shirts, hoodies, hats, decals, etc. that are sold on the site. This does NOT apply to firearms, barrels, or receivers as these are not be sold on the site.

Shipping & Processing Times

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Estimated delivery times:
  • Standard Shipping: 1 to 5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if placed before 12:00 PM EST)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100.00.
  • Flat-Rate Shipping: $12.00 standard delivery for orders under $100.00.
  • Express Shipping: Rates vary based on destination.

We use trusted carriers, such as UPS and USPS, to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

International Shipping

International Shipping is not offered at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the carrier’s website.

Please note, if you have ordered a T/C ICON Decal, there will not be a tracking number associated with this part of your order.

Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or your local postal service before contacting us at customerservice@tcarms.com.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier issues
  • Customs clearance for international orders
  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at customerservice@tcarms.com, and we will assist you in locating your package.

FFL Compliance

Federal law requires all modern firearms be shipped to a holder of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). Any person who is legally allowed to own a firearm is legally allowed to ship it to an FFL holder for any legal purpose (including sale or resale).

Please note that at this time, firearms cannot be purchased from tcarms.com.
